1. How to Fix Buffering & Stream Freezing
If you experience buffering during live sports or 4K playback, follow these steps:
- Reboot Router & TV: Unplug your home Wi-Fi router and streaming box for 30 seconds to flush temporary memory buffers.
- Switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet: Connect a physical LAN cable to your Smart TV or Android box for stable 100Mbps+ throughput.
- Increase Buffer Size in Player: In TiviMate or HOT Player settings, go to Player Settings → Buffer Size → set to "Medium" or "Large".
2. "Playlist Failed to Load" or Invalid Credentials Error
